Prior to returning your items, please either visit the Resolution Centre Page to open a dispute or contact the Panel House team to discuss your item dispute. Please ensure that you have received approval either via the Resolution Centre or a Panel House representative prior to shipping these goods.  

WHAT can be returned?
If you are unhappy with your purchase you can exchange any full priced item provided it is in original condition (undamaged, unmodified and unpainted). Discounted and second-hand items cannot be refunded or exchanged.


WHEN do items need to be returned by?
To qualify for a refund excluding shipping costs, you must receive approval on new items within 7 days of receiving the goods. After this time, items returned within 30 days qualify for a store credit or exchange. Items must be in original condition and packaging (undamaged, unmodified and unpainted).

HOW do customers return items?

CREDIT for returns?
Once your return is approved, payment will be returned within 24 hours using the same method of payment i.e bank deposit, credit card refund or PayPal.

In-store return option?
Returns can be made in-store provided they are as per the conditions above with proof of purchase.

Packing materials?
All items MUST be returned in original packaging with a copy of the original invoice.
