Return + Warranty


If for any reason you have changed your mind following a purchase, or you have ordered the incorrect part, we’re happy to work with you to return the item. To qualify for this offer, it is important to follow the guidelines below:

  • We must be notified within 30 days of you receiving the item and that you intend to return it. The item must then be returned within 7 days following this notification.
  • The item must be returned in original re-saleable condition with all packaging in tact (ready to be put back on the shelf).
  • That you do not stick or write anything on the item itself or its packaging. Please do not mark or tear the packaging or tape a shipping label directly to the parts box as this will void the return. You may be required to wrap the item and attach postage stickers and any labels to the outer packaging you supplied.
  • The item is securely packed to ensure it is returned to us in original and pristine condition.
  • Handling fees will apply when returning: Buyer will pay return postage unless otherwise stated or incorrect item was sent. The return postage will be deducted from the total refund provided if we Panel House organise return freight or if the buyer pays for return delivery then Panel House will give complete refund for part only.
  • If the item has sustained damage in transit, or does not return as noted above, a revised refund amount may be required.
  • Items damaged during off-road use will not be considered faulty and are unable to be returned.



Please send us an email with your order number, name and details of the parts you’d like to return. Please provide any other information such as the reason you’d like to return the items and photos . Once you’ve submitted your return request, we’ll send you an email guiding you through what to do next to make it fast and hassle free.

Please note, change of mind returns or wrong item purchased will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% to cover the cover the costs of original postage, despatch and restocking.

Returns can be made in-store provided they are as per the conditions above with proof of purchase.



A 20% restocking fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our error.
All returns are subject to a non-refundable 20% restocking fees base on (Product Price plus shipping cost)



Refunds for returns are normally process and credit within 7 days from the date we receive your return at the warehouse for normal items. The refund is for the cost of the purchased product only and does not cover any postage costs. Once your return is approved, payment will be returned within 24 hours using the same method of payment i.e credit card, Afterpay, Zippay, or Paypal.



Unless otherwise stated all products have a warranty period of 12 months from date of purchase on production of the appropriate sales invoice. Warranty is for replacement of parts only, does not cover any related installation or re-installation costs involved. Invoice must be provided for any warranty claim.

Replacement items will be issued after testing and inspection of goods are deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Shipping costs of the faulty part may be covered where warranty has been duly recognised and accepted by Panel House, which will be at Panel Houses' discretion.
