Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee if the product doesn’t meet your expectations — including change of mind or incorrect orders.

To Qualify for a Return:

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required.

  • Notify us within 30 days of receiving the item and return it within 7 days of notification.

  • Items must be returned in original, re-saleable condition with packaging intact and securely packed to avoid damage.

Return Procedure:

All returns must be pre-approved before shipping.

  • Your invoice number

  • Contact number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos/videos if the item is damaged or faulty

Await authorisation before sending the item back.

Return Shipping Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for:

  • Change of mind

  • Cancelled orders after dispatch

  • Incorrectly ordered items

Shipping costs are non-refundable in these cases.
A 15% restocking fee applies for change of mind or incorrect purchases to cover postage, dispatch, and restocking.

Returns can also be made in-store under the same conditions, with proof of purchase.

Warranty Coverage:

We offer a 12-month limited warranty on all products (unless stated otherwise), covering:

Not Covered:

  • Normal wear & tear

  • Surface coating damage from chemicals or petroleum-based cleaners

  • Lens damage from chemical exposure

  • Misuse, neglect, alterations, or accidental damage

  • Environmental damage (e.g. corrosion, high salinity)

Known Harmful Chemicals:

Avoid exposing products to:

  • Acetic Acid

  • Acetone

  • Ammonium Carbonate

  • Ammonium Chloride

  • Benzene

  • Calcium Hypochlorite

  • Chloroform

  • Ethyl Acetate

  • Formaldehyde

  • Hydrofluoric Acid

  • Toluene

  • Turpentine

  • Zinc Chloride

Products like Rain-X, Armor All, and abrasive cleaners can cause damage not covered by warranty.

Making a Warranty Claim:

  2. Provide photos/videos or return the product if requested.

  3. We’ll assess the claim and advise on the next steps.

Warranty Remedies:

If approved, we’ll either:

  • Replace it with an equivalent or similar product

Warranty Period:
