The only exceptions are those that say "out of stock" as well as backorder or pre-order products.
All orders received by 1pm weekdays are dispatched the same day.

Parts sent using the Australia Post and Star Track have weight and measurement restrictions, which prevent our bulkier items from being sent using this service.
Once your order has been dispatched from us, you will receive an email which will include a tracking number and what courier the item was sent with. You will be able to track your items here. Please allow 5 hours for tracking to begin.

If you have any concerns contact our Customer Service Team by phone on 1800 238 800 or complete our online enquiry form. We will generally respond to online enquiries within 24 hours. We recommend providing a suitable daytime delivery address to ensure someone is available to sign for your order. If no one is available to sign for your order, a calling card or email will be provided & your order will be taken to the closest post office for collection.
We offer the option of purchasing postage insurance during the checkout on selected items, postage insurance covers your parcel for any loss or damage during transit once it leaves our warehouse. It's a little piece of mind for a very small cost. If your parcel is lost or damaged during transit please contact us so we can organise a replacement, credit or repair depending on the circumstances. If you do not choose postage insurance, your parcel will not be covered during transit and will be up to the discretion of the freight company for replacement. Prices vary depending on your order value. Panel House will not accept accountability for ANY lost, damaged, stolen or pet destroyed orders.
Our goal is to offer reliable and parts at a price everyone can afford. We send out hundreds of parts every day through various courier companies. Unfortunately, these companies do not offer freight insurance on our bulky items such as panels and bonnets.
Please note that with this product range we do offer shipping, however, these items are sent at buyer's risk. Therefore, if you have ordered one of these panels and it sustains any damage during transit the onus falls onto the buyer. Obviously we are supplying a brand-new product and we intend for the product to arrive in the same condition it leaves our distribution centre - in a perfect, untouched condition. We have various procedures in place for checking, packing and wrapping these items to ensure there is minimal risk of damage occurring during transit, however, damage can still occur. We endeavour to be as transparent as possible with our customers to ensure they are aware there is always a risk of damage occurring during transit and, if damage does occur, the liability falls onto the buyer.
If your order is returned to sender, the order amount will be credited to your account (excluding shipping costs, unless at the fault of Panel House). You can then simply re-place the order online with the correct details to have the order re-shipped. If you would prefer the amount be refunded, please get in touch with our friendly Customer Service team.
Note: If you placed your order with free freight, your money will be credited or refunded minus the initial freight cost incurred by Panel House, unless at the fault of Panel House of course.
