Once payment has been received we aim to have your goods on their way the very next business day.
The usual delivery time once your order has been dispatched is 2-5 days to most metropolitan areas but can take up to 14 days for some regional areas. In a situation where no one is available at the provided address to sign and take delivery of your ordered goods, both postal and courier services will leave a notification card advising you of their attempt to your parcel and request you contact the drop depot where your parcel will be held.
IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified. However, occasionally, delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
IMPORTANT: All items that are delivered using post or courier are quoted excluding insurance which covers your purchase for the risk of loss and/or damage during transit. If you wish to be covered please contact one of our friendly staff prior to completeing your purchase. Insurance must be purchased before despatch of purchase.
Parts sent using the Australia Post eParcel service, have tracking numbers that can be forwarded to you on request. Australia Post has weight and measurement restrictions, which prevent our bulkier items from being sent using this service.
Parts delivered using a courier service will be sent from door-to-door Courier and details will be emailed to you for this process. Couriers can’t delivery to PO Boxes so we require residential or business address and contact phone number.
Where tracking numbers are available, and you have provided us with your email address, a confirmation email will be sent to you at time of dispatch.
You are more than welcome to pick-up your parts, drop in for a browse, or purchase in-store. Our shop and warehouse is located in Slacks Creek, Brisbane. See map. We are open Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm and Saturday 8:00am – 12:30pm. You can also pay at time of pick-up by cash, debit and credit card.
We have two shipping cost methods:
1) Flat Rate is where the items are small enough and postage cost won’t vary much from area to area.
2) Larger items are greatly influenced by the size and weight of your purchase and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the freight calculator or in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Where possible we can combine items into the one package and this can result in saving you a couple of bucks. Combined postage will be calculated in your shopping cart. If you have any questions contact us by phone or email so we can work out the best way save you money on shipping.
