Whilst we continually strive to provide customer experience beyond expectations our team's and our customer's safety is and always will be our #1 priority! Rest assured, we're following the necessary precautions and our approach is to be proactive, preventative and on the front foot. 

Online Store & Shipping:

Our online store is still completely operational, our warehouse crew are maintaining their next level ninja speed shipping standards and are ensuring we maintain fast delivery of every order!

Customer Service:

Our store is busy during this time, however our customer enquiries, emails, phone calls and order to the very best of their ability as per usual!

Our South Brisbane Showroom: 

As of the 28/03/20 we have temporarily changed our trading hours until further notice. 

Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm & Saturday 8am - 12pm

Shipping and Delivery:

Same day Dispatch deadline have changed temporarily to 1pm Brisbane time. Orders after this time will be sent next business day.

From 19 June 2020 - There are delivery delays in our network due to:

  • reduction in air freight capacity and passenger flights
  • a significant increase in parcels volumes
  • hygiene and social distancing requirements in our network

Please allow an extra 1 business day for all of deliveries. 

For the safety and well-being of our couriers and customers, signature guidelines are temporarily adjusted for all deliveries. This means that your recipients will not be asked to sign for most deliveries, until further notice.

June 2021

We are lucky enough to still be operating business as usual until further notice. Orders will still be processed daily, and deliveries will be leaving the warehouse daily, with safety being a vital consideration for all our customers.

From 1 April 2020 - With many people moving to online shopping as they work from home, self-isolate or sensibly avoid confined public spaces to protect themselves, we are seeing and uplift in parcels that is resulting in some delays in our network.

From 16 March 2020 - Signatures no longer required. To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, all parcels - be it at a Post Office or at a residence - will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection.
